We have received several emails regarding a new problem on some retail floors. It turns out that a few importers of chinese knock-offs have been using initials very similar to ours and this may have been a little misleading in some cases.
One example of this is happened recently. A consumer sent us an email though our website... telling us about some problems she was experiencing with her new chairs. We of course asked her for her information and a little information regarding the retail location she purchased the chairs from. To our surprise... we had never done business with that retailer. It turns out they were poorly made copies of our "Chelsea Chair", which had been imported from CHINA.
So please be sure to check that label...
